Water + Flood Restoration

Water in Your Building?
Let’s Get Ahead of the Damage.
A burst pipe overnight. A roof leak over your production floor. A sprinkler malfunction. A flooded tenant space. A plumbing problem that sends water through multiple floors.
For a business owner or property manager, water damage creates more than a wet building.
Now you’re thinking about employees. Tenants. Customers. Inventory. Equipment. Safety. Lost work time. And how quickly you can get the affected areas usable again.
Quality Restoration & Renovation provides 24/7 commercial water damage restoration for businesses, property owners, facility managers, and organizations throughout Northern Indiana.
We’ll help stop the damage, remove the water, dry the affected areas, and take care of the restoration and repairs needed afterward.
The sooner we get the water under control, the sooner you can start moving forward.

Commercial Water Damage Restoration Services
Water doesn’t always stay where you can see it.
It can travel underneath flooring, move through walls and ceilings, soak into insulation, spread between floors, and reach adjoining rooms or tenant spaces.
That’s why effective commercial water damage restoration starts with understanding the full extent of the loss—not simply removing the puddle on the floor.

Emergency Water Removal
QRR provides emergency water removal and water extraction for commercial water losses caused by burst pipes, plumbing failures, storms, sprinkler systems, appliance or equipment leaks, and other unexpected events. We’ll remove standing water and begin addressing the affected areas so the property can start drying as soon as possible.

Water Mitigation
Water mitigation focuses on limiting additional damage after a water loss. That may include water extraction, moving or protecting affected contents, removing materials that cannot be restored, setting up drying equipment, and addressing areas where moisture has traveled beyond the visibly wet space. Our goal is to stabilize the situation and keep a manageable water loss from becoming a much larger restoration project.

Structural Drying
A commercial property can look dry before it actually is dry. Water may remain inside walls, underneath flooring, above ceilings, within insulation, or in other building materials that don’t dry simply because the visible water is gone. We can use professional drying equipment and moisture monitoring to help determine what remains wet and whether affected materials are drying appropriately.

Burst + Frozen Pipes
Sometimes the damage is caused by a failed supply line, a leaking water heater, a restroom plumbing problem, a refrigerator or ice machine line, a dishwasher in a commercial kitchen, a mechanical or plumbing component that leaks slowly behind a wall or above a ceiling, or even a relatively small leak can damage flooring, drywall, ceiling tiles, cabinetry, inventory, equipment, and other materials when it goes unnoticed. We’ll help determine how far the water traveled and what needs to be dried, cleaned, repaired, or replaced.

Storm + Roof Leaks
Strong storms can damage roofing, windows, siding, or other exterior components and allow rainwater into a commercial building. QRR provides both storm damage restoration and commercial water damage restoration, allowing us to address the problem as one connected loss. That may include temporary protection, water removal, drying, removal of affected materials, and repairs once conditions allow.

Sewer Backups + Contaminated Water
Some water losses require additional precautions. A sewer backup or other contaminated-water event can affect restrooms, lower levels, floor drains, tenant spaces, or other portions of a commercial property. QRR can evaluate the affected area, remove materials that cannot be safely restored, clean the space, and help with the repairs that follow.

Flood Damage Restoration
QRR provides commercial flood damage restoration and flood cleanup, including water removal, mitigation, drying, removal of damaged materials, and reconstruction when needed. The sooner the property can be assessed, the sooner we can begin determining what can be restored and what needs to be replaced.
The Goal Is More Than Dry Floors.
It’s Keeping Your Operation Moving.
Commercial restoration has to account for how the property is actually used.
Maybe your entire facility doesn’t need to close or only one apartment unit or tenant space is affected. Maybe production needs to continue in another part of the building. You might have customers, residents, staff, or vendors who still need safe access to unaffected areas.
We’ll talk with you about those needs as we build the restoration plan.
When the conditions and layout allow, that may include:
• Isolating affected areas
• Maintaining access to unaffected portions of the property
• Coordinating work around operating schedules
• Prioritizing critical rooms or business areas
• Managing drying equipment around building use
• Coordinating with plumbers, roofers, electricians, or other trades
• Keeping the appropriate owner, manager, or facility contact informed
• Planning reconstruction around your operational needs
We can’t promise that every property can remain open during water damage restoration.
Safety and the extent of the damage come first.
But we can understand that every unnecessary day of disruption matters—and work toward getting usable areas back into service as responsibly as possible.

A Peek Into Our Process
Assess + Prioritize
We start by listening. Tell us what happened, when the water was discovered, whether the source has been stopped, what parts of the property are affected, and what operational concerns you have.
Then we’ll assess the damage and help identify what needs immediate attention.
Extract + Stabilize
Next, we focus on water mitigation.
Depending on the situation, that may include emergency water extraction, removal of standing water, protection of contents, removal of damaged materials, and setting professional drying equipment.
Dry + Restore
Once standing water has been removed, we continue drying and restoring the property.
That may include structural drying, moisture monitoring, cleaning affected areas, removing materials that cannot be restored, and preparing damaged spaces for repairs. While keeping you informed the whole way.
Repair + Return to Use
QRR can complete the water damage repair and reconstruction needed after mitigation, helping restore drywall, flooring, ceilings, cabinetry, trim, and other damaged areas.
People first. Property restored. Business moving forward.

Frequently asked questions
Water Damage Is Disruptive Enough.
The Restoration Process Doesn’t Have to Be.
Maybe a pipe burst above your offices overnight or a sprinkler system flooded part of your warehouse. Maybe water is moving through several apartment units, a storm damaged your roof and rain is coming inside, or you walked into your building this morning and simply knew something had gone very wrong.
You don’t need to know how much water is hidden behind the walls, which drying equipment you need, or a map out the restoration process before you make the call.
That’s what we’re here for.
We’ll assess the damage, remove the water, help get the building dry, keep you informed, and when repairs are needed, we can help put the property back together. You focus on the people and operations depending on you. We’ll help take care of the property.
Quality work. Real care. Here when it matters most.
